猫の島 (愛媛県青島) The Cats Island, Aoshima,Ehime,Japan

About the Aoshima(Island, Ozu city,Ehime,Japan)
15 residents and 100 cats are living in this small island
located 13.5km off the coast of Iyo-Nagahama,Ozu city,Ehime.
Though used to be a fish town,there has been a deserted ,
no car,no bike,no shop,no school.
Since this made news on TV and Net, tourist's goin on increasing lately.
the cats are so friendly and beautiful.
I was so excited to see the cats all day.
Wishing they all live happily.

JR松山駅6:04発の電車に乗り伊予長浜駅下車7:17
7:30発のボートに乗り35分で青島に到着

早速ネコたちがお迎えにやってきた

すぐにこんなに集まってきた

密度高くなってきた

写真を撮るのに気をつけないとネコを踏みそうになる

第一お気に入りネコ

かわいい痕跡

じゃらしを使う

子猫も多い

ここがこのネコの定位置らしい

なにか言っています

ロープで遊び始めたネコ

お気に入りのビニールをくわえて威嚇

上の方まで歩いて行ってみた。廃墟が多い

青島神社　閉まっていた

このネコは私にずっとついてきたおもしろい子

お魚くわえたままみんなに狙われる子

晴天に恵まれネコ日和だ

民家の玄関前もこのとおり

お昼頃みんなお昼寝

釣り船の横にも

柿の季節

昭和の風景

第二お気に入り

おたまに似ている

また第一お気に入りがやってきた

床下のもぐっている子猫たち

お魚を切っているとこに集まってきた

道の真ん中で爆睡中

海がきれいでこんなに魚がいっぱい見えた

またお魚加えた子を発見

すごい狙われている様子

帰りの船が来た　16:15発に乗った

青島滞在時間８時間、とても楽しかった。
stayed for 8 hours in Aoshima Island, so much fun time.

ボート乗り場は駅のすぐ目の前で１分くらい
view from IyoNagahama Train station, the ferry terminal is just across the street 1min on foot.
またいつか青島に行きたい。
hope to see the Aoshima cats again.

Please note that there is no accommodation and shop in Aoshima Island,

there are cases where ferry operations will be stopped due to inclement weather such as strong winds.
